Recipe for a Relaxing Bath

To me, nothing says relaxing more than a lavender bath soak.  Below is my recipe; all ingredients can be purchased at the local grocery and craft store—the Himalayan salt/lavender buds can be found in the spice section in the grocery store; the glass jar with lid can be purchased at any craft store. 

Supplies
Glass jar with lid
Dr. Teal’s Soothe & Sleep Lavender Pure Epsom Bath Salt
Himalyayan salt
Lavenda\er essential oil
Lavender buds
Twine

Instructions
1. Fill glass jar 1/2 way with Epsom salts.
2. Add 15 drops of lavender essential oil, handful of the salt and 3 pinches of the buds
3. Place lid on glass jar, tighten and shake well.
4. Reeat steps 1-3 then tie a twine bow on the lip of the jar and enjoy 1-2 handfuls per bath.
