Recipes Tried This Month

Love sharing new recipes and because everything Tieghan Gerard creates (HalfBakedHarvest.com) is delicious, whelp, that’s what you’ll (mostly) get from me.  I find her ingredients are easily accessible at the grocery store, which is a big bonus for me.

Crockpot Creamy Garlic Chicken and Gnocchi:  What a unique and different kind of dinner!  Actually had 2 extra helpings that I shared with my sisters and they loved it as well.  I used the stovetop method, used chicken tenderloins, white cooking wine and coconut milk.

Cider Braised Chicken with Caramelized Onions is perfect with fall weather, especially when you pare it with wild grain rice.

This recipe, Mom’s Zucchini Bread, was actually posted by Vicki Monte on AllRecipes.com.  It also says hello to fall while using up the zucchini from your garden (or grocery store).

I am in the market for other recipe sites—actually looking for something with less calories/carbs—if you have some sites for me to check out, please comment below.  Thanks and have a happy October!
