My Displacement Journey – Transition Day

Difficult to fall asleep last night; my eyes and sinuses hurt because of all the crying.  Anger at the Universe is my first thought of the day – how could You betray me?  Yet the feeling of anger is not present because I’m still numb.

I knew 5 mins before the meeting.  Something inside me told me to check the attendees of the meeting. I saw not only was it me and my manager, but HR was invited too.  So much information was given to me, yet I can’t tell you what was said.
