I was misled on what constitutes a happy place. Most of my experiences with happy places were guided meditations which, well, helped you create your happy place based on their suggestions.
To me, nothing says relaxing more than a lavender bath soak. Below is my recipe; all ingredients can be purchased at the local grocery and craft store—the Himalayan salt/lavender buds can be found in the spice section in the grocery store; the glass jar with lid can be purchased at any craft store.
So, the plan is to talk to my doctor about my ADHD symptoms. I’m still having trouble finger-pointing at having ADHD because my symptoms match many other conditions as well. Which condition do I have??? Or am I just plain old overwhelmed or burnt out?
