Psychic, paranormal and witches, oh my!   Perfect for the Halloween season, the book lets you explore the paranormal world as Adele gains friends and learns about her powers. What drew me to the book was the antique shop and the paranormal.  I kept reading the book as although paranormal, it felt realistic.

Overcoming Stress-Induced Brain Fog

Many of us suffer from brain fog with the volume of change, communications and high expectations we set for ourselves.  This book provides exercises and tools to help you clear out the fog and start enjoying life.  The author had me with the introduction by saying, “Stressed-induced brain fog is when you’re no longer able to focus and remember at your usual capacity.”  The remaining chapters will not disappoint and everything is wrapped up in the end with actionable steps to overcome brain fog.  A must read for anyone who is overwhelmed and wants to improve their situation.

The Lost and Found Bookshop

Completed a Summer Bucket List item – Read a book.  Yeah, so this one isn’t a tough one for me; I love to read.  I have been having issues lately, in being motivated to read—or to do anything for that matter, so it made sense to start off my bucket list with reading a book.  Another great thing with reading, it’s totally flexible with time—you can pick up and put down whenever time permits, or not permits.
